
Shandong Shui Jiaodao uses "yellow chives" from Okayama.
Yellow chives are a luxury ingredient that is rarely distributed, but they are soft and have a unique, elegant flavor that goes well with sui-gyoza. No garlic is used, so those who are concerned about the smell can enjoy it without worry.
The pork is high quality Okayama pork and the dried shrimps are from the local Nissei fishing port. Making of sui-gyoza starts at 4:00 in the morning, and even the gyoza skins are handmade.
