We launched the “Earthen Kiln” project to restore Bizen ware medieval kilns and have been working on the restoration of Bizen ware medieval kilns called "Anagama" (cave kilns). In response to a request from Texas Christian University in the U.S., we built an earthen kiln and produced artworks using local materials in Arkansas as part of the "Earthen Kiln as Art" project. He is also making efforts to promote Bizen ware not only in Japan but also in the world.
