☑ Distance-based fares
First ride up to 2 km 700 yen
Additional 300 yen for each additional 1 km
Pick-up service 280 yen for a distance exceeding 5 km
Waiting charge 250 yen per 5 minutes

Wheelchair boarding and disembarking (each time): 500 yen
Accompanying a patient to the hospital, shopping, etc. (per 30 minutes) 1,500 yen
500 yen for every 10 minutes thereafter
