
It is a small old house surrounded by greenery that sells handmade bread and has an eat-in space where you can enjoy organic coffee and other beverages. All the flour used for the bread is milled in Japan from wheat originating in Hokkaido and Kyushu.
We aim to create memorable breads using dough fermented at low temperature for a long time and safe, additive-free ingredients.
We offer a variety of breads made with seasonal ingredients and meal breads that take advantage of the characteristics of domestic wheat.
