This tofu specialty store, established in 1919, is located in Nissei-cho, Bizen City.
We use 100% safe and secure domestic soybeans grown by farmers throughout Japan, and use high-purity soft water that goes well with tofu. Our popular product is handmade tofu, which is made using a triple-kettle steaming method to extract the full flavor of the soybeans.
